The Position: We’re looking for commercial plumbing foreperson. Candidates should be familiar with installing PVC, cast iron, copper, and threaded steel pipe, as well as plumbing fixtures; prior leadership in a foreperson role is required. The applicant must have a proven track record of foreperson performance and be aware of plumbing codes and safety guidelines. Competitive wages based on experience ($50,000-$80,000 annually).

Requirements:

  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience
  • Work in indoor and outdoor year round (weather conditions can be extremely hot or cold)
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Be able to drive to job sites (valid driver’s license)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 6-8 people
  • Interact with GCs and Goodco leadership
  • Maintain a high focus on safety
  • Keep up with plumbing codes and safety to ensure all jobs meet current standards
  • Meet and exceed budgets for labor and materials
  • Plan, lay out, and supervise plumbing work
  • Ensure safety, budget, job quality, and timely completion of each assigned project
  • Strong relationship building with field team, GCs, owners, customers, and vendors, to create a positive environment
